A Circle for Teen Females is a weekly gathering designed to support young females as they navigate the exciting, sometimes challenging, and transformative years of adolescence.

Every week, we come together to:

• Share & Connect
  Engage in open conversations about what’s on your mind—your joys, your challenges, your dreams. It’s a space where you can talk freely, knowing that you are surrounded by others who understand and support you, as you are.

• Grounding Practices
  Experience gentle practices that help you stay present, calm, and grounded in your changing body & with Earth. Whether it's through breathing exercises, meditation, or mindful movement, these practices help you build resilience and emotional balance for your everyday life.

• Creative Expression
  Explore your creativity in a supportive environment through art, music, and movement. You’ll have the freedom to express yourself in whatever way feels most natural, helping you develop confidence in your unique voice and abilities.

• Explore Life’s Transitions
  Together, we’ll explore the many aspects of coming-of-age, from understanding the rhythms of your body, how to honor, nourish & flow with your cyclical nature, to navigating friendships, and discovering what it means to live authentically in a fast-changing world. It’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

• Cultivate Trust & Belonging
  In a world that often pressures you to fit in or be perfect, this circle is about creating a place where you can just be. Each session helps build bonds of trust, mutual respect, and understanding.

  No judgment, no expectations, just real connections and growth.

This circle is not about perfection or conforming to outside standards. It’s about discovering your personal strength while embracing your softness, listening to your inner voice, and expressing your truth without fear of judgment. Its a circle of trust! You’ll leave every gathering feeling more confident, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and others.

Monthly Themes & Rites of Passage

Each month, we’ll focus on a specific theme that speaks to the coming-of-age journey, such as body image, self-love, authentic voice, managing relationships, or building resilience. These themes guide our conversations and creative activities, helping you integrate valuable lessons and insights into your daily life. We will have pop in guests & informative practices that instil deeper Self awareness.

Who is This for?

This circle is open to biological female forms, ages 12–16, from all walks of life and identities. Whether you’re exploring who you are or celebrating the fullness of who you’re becoming, this space is for you.
